With more than 65 years of serving the Japanese community of Pasadena and its neighboring cities, Pasadena Japanese Cultural Institute (PJCI) has led the way in preserving and promoting Japanese culture by offering such activities as Taiko, Aikido, Ikebana, Karate, Kendo, Kyudo and Naginata.

Mirai Nihongo Gakuin is PJCI’s cornerstone for instruction in the Japanese language. Our school is especially geared toward enhancing the speaking, reading, and writing skills, from children through adults, utilizing the best teachers available.
